Employment Helps Adults Achieve Higher Income Levels
New study finds that people who are employed tend to have higher incomes that people who are not employed.

/Virginia News Articles/ - RESTON, VA, September 07, 2007 - While employed adults have long been associated with a higher standard of living than their unemployed peers; they really are more likely to enjoy a more robust income.

A study of nearly 20 people found that the ones who enjoyed steady employement had much higher levels of disposable income than those who did not work.

While researchers admitted that the sample size was fairly small, they expressed confidence that this trend would play out even when a larger group was studied.

"We just study stuff everyone already knows," said Holaine Labs' spokeswoman, "It's pretty much just a scam to get grants."
