For Rent, a division of Trader Publishing, promotes Anita Williams to Regional Manager for ForRent.com -The Magazine .

/Virginia News Articles/ - NORFOLK, VA, August 02, 2006 — For Rent ,along with its parent company, Trader Publishing, is excited to announce the promotion of Anita Williams to the Regional Manager position for ForRent.com-The Magazine. This Magazine is For Rent's latest offering designed to meet the needs of clients and apartment seekers in highly competitive markets not covered by For Rent Magazine .

Anita joined Trader Publishing Company in 2002 with Auto Trader as an Account Manager in Tampa, FL. Within months, she moved to For Rent Magazine where she worked as the Senior Account Manager and helped in training efforts. Her insight and dynamic approaches to the Multi-Housing industry prompted For Rent to promote her to National Sales Development Manager. In 2005, she was asked to launch the Raleigh edition of ForRent.com-The Magazine. Since its launch, revenue for the magazine has seen a 241% increase.

As the Regional Manager, Anita's main responsibilities are opening new markets and assisting with the operations of those markets. In addition to Raleigh, Anita has overseen the magazine launches in Charlotte, Birmingham, Nashville and Connecticut. She is also a member of the Apartment Associations in those markets.
